Despite industry consolidation, the next several years proved to be very fruitful for Maly’s, earning the reputation of being one of
the largest and most respected distributors in the nation. As expansion efforts continued, Maly’s pioneered new untapped markets throughout the Midwest, recruiting dozens of sales consultants to cover new and explosive markets. Maly's now has two divisions covering 10 states, and is the largest independent, family owned distributor in the country.

As Maly's grew, the company became the bench mark of what a great distributor should be, making the customers success
their focus. In a rare and bold move Maly's opened an academy of cosmetology. By offering an exceptionally high standard of
education to up and coming hairdressers Maly's could help salon owners find well trained stylists to help fill their staffing needs.
Today there are 5 Excel Academies in three states and they are widely considered the best schools in the Midwest.

Today Maly's still holds true to the ideal that Ken started so long ago, "Dedicated to the Salon Professional". Maly's is dedicated
to finding new and better ways of bringing the beauty business to higher level and will continue to do that on into the future.

Maly's Salon Consultants have a passionate and undying commitment to the professional beauty industry. Their
knowledge of each product line, business awareness and
dedication to the profession, guarantee you the opportunity to
reach new levels of success. At Maly’s we make sure that
each Salon Consultant has undergone a very comprehensive
training program before ever stepping foot in Salons. We also ensure continuous education and training so that we are always
on the cutting edge of our industry. Maly's has over 110 Salon
Consultants in three states, and there is one waiting to help
you grow your business, to heights you only dreamed possible.

In recent years Maly's has invested over 4 Million Dollars into
the industries most technologically advanced shipping system,
"Pick to light" and a 40,000 square foot addition.

By investing in these additions we can ship faster, more accurately
and with lower shipping rates. At Maly's we ship approximately 7500
boxes out of our warehouse every day. We do this with a 99.3%
accuracy rate.

We are very proud our efficiency and the great men and women in
our distribution facility that help keep Maly's at the top of our game.

In 2004 Maly's donated tens of thousands in cash and product to local and national charities. For us it is important to help
at the local level, so much of what we donate is done in conjunction with our customers and the charities that matter most
to them.

We are also conscious on a national level. Maly's was proud to donate over $30,000 in personal care products to the
Tsunami Relief effort in South Asia last winter.

Additionally Maly's is again answering the call to help out by sending a tremendous amount of personal care products to
the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
